- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, please contact our customer support at vrksatvik.contact@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for orders that are cancelled before shipping.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
- We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for a refund.
- Any promotional or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.
